We ship across India, including metro cities, smaller towns, and many remote locations. Our delivery reach depends on our courier partners, so in rare cases, certain pin codes may not be serviceable. If that happens, we will inform you promptly and assist with next steps.

2. Order Processing

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days of confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next working day. During high-demand periods, processing may take slightly longer.

3. Shipping Charges

We offer free shipping on all orders across India—no minimum purchase required. The price you see at checkout is the final amount you pay.

4. Delivery Timelines

Your order will typically arrive within 5–7 business days from the date of purchase. While we aim to deliver within this window, timelines may vary slightly due to external factors such as weather or logistics delays.

5. Tracking Your Order

Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking link via email. You can use this to follow your delivery in real time.

6. Delivery Attempts

Our courier partners usually attempt delivery 2–3 times. If delivery is unsuccessful due to reasons like incorrect address or unavailability, the order may be returned. Re-delivery may involve additional charges.

7. Delays or Lost Orders

If your order is significantly delayed or appears lost, please contact us within 2 days of the expected delivery date. We’ll investigate and arrange a resolution, including replacement or refund where applicable.

8. Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged, please refuse delivery. If you notice damage after accepting it, notify us within 48 hours with photos or videos so we can assist you quickly.

9. Address Changes

Shipping address changes can be made only before dispatch. Once shipped, we may not be able to modify the address, so please double-check your details at checkout.
